Ballock’s Landscaping is seeking a skilled and dependable Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee job site operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Foreman will play a critical role in executing landscaping projects while upholding company standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of general laborers, ensuring productivity and quality work.
- Coordinate daily tasks, assign duties, and provide hands-on support in the field.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to company standards.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and maintain safety protocols.
- Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding project progress, challenges, and materials needed.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and meet safety regulations.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and addressing their concerns.
- Assist with job site documentation, including work logs, material usage, and crew performance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and skid steers.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
