Summary
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be key to our manufacturing process by ensuring that our product is of the highest quality and consistency while working in a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Roles include food preparation, cleaning, organization and stocking.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Support food preparation activities as directed by the culinary team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Help with dishwashing and sanitizing duties before, during and after manufacturing of product.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down kitchen equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
