Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares food, sauces and garnishes for service. Including tasks such as chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and preparing sauce
- Ensure timely preparation of all food items for service
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of their station throughout preparation and service
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment and being able to put out quality food while keeping your composer

- Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection (NYC Food Handlers)

- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

- Must be familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen.
