Principal Duties and Responsibilities: |

· Prepares food, sauces and garnishes for service. Including tasks such as chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and preparing sauce · Ensure timely preparation of all food items for service · Effective communication with team members and supervisors · Maintain cleanliness and organization of their station throughout preparation and service · Ability to multitask in a high volume environment and being able to put out quality food while keeping your composer Min $17.00, mid $18, max. $20 |

Preferred Education and Experience: |

· Prior experience as a cook required, Min. 1 year experience. · Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment. · Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques. · Must be familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen. |
