Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year experience as a security officer or previous law enforcement experience.
- Graduate of a municipal, state, or federal law enforcement agency.
- Active or retired member in good standing from the aforementioned law enforcement agencies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and develop constructive relationships with others.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities in directing, supervising, and motivating a diverse workforce.
- Prior investigative experience.
- Computer literacy required.
- Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License
- Rhode Island Pistol Permit
- Rhode Island Driver Operator License
- Serve Safe Certified
- Assume the role of Security Director and/or Manager in his/her absence.
- Assign specific duties to security officers.
- Schedule, direct, and supervise all employees assigned.
