Description

  • Assist with finance-related issues on-property across departments, and a direct resource for the corporate team
  • Assist with budget projections/forecasting and various report-building needs
  • Assist transition to Oracle and to help design related processes that address the business needs on-site, while complying with corporate guidelines
  • Assist General Manager with day-to-day operations and develop a greater understanding of the overall requirements of the General Manager position
  • Consistently assess and effort to improve customer experience.
  • Develop and pursue options to grow property revenue
  • Understand the overall corporate requirements and communicate as needed with key Bally’s personnel
  • Assess and work to improve margins and efficiencies on property, and review regularly with the General Manager
  • Prioritize oversight of the golf shop and team and golf operations while assisting with all departments and report directly to the General Manager
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Salary $85,500 - $92,500 - $100,000
