Job Summary:
As a Slot Floor Attendant, you will provide timely and efficient slot service to casino patrons. This position's starting wage is $15 plus tips!
Essential Functions:
- Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Respond to visual and aural cues
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to do some mechanical and troubleshooting of slot machines
- Must possess cash handling skills
- Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- Able to wear earpiece and use a radio
Environmental Working Conditions:
- The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
- Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time
