Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).
The Role:
As a Security Locksmith Administrator, you will support the overall operation of the security department. The primary responsibilities will include supporting all locksmith needs and ensuring key changes are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Perform all duties of the Security Officer and Security Shift Manager as needed
• Responsible for the physical safety of guests, employees, and company assets
• Initiate and prepare Security Incident Reports
• Escort chips, cash, and drop boxes in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Report any criminal or suspicious activity without hesitation
• Ensure the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and Company policies and procedures
• Create reports in connection with violations of Company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
• Assist the System Administrator with the Automated Door Access System and the Electronic Key Control System
• Provide daily clerical support such as sorting mail, screening calls, inputting data, preparing documents, dictation, review of personnel files, personnel evaluations, on-the-job training forms, and other routine administrative functions
• Attend meetings, prepare and distribute minutes
• Maintain office and medical supplies for the security department
• Prepare monthly reports for the Illinois Gaming Board
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• High school or equivalent required
• College or military education preferred
• Prior security, safety, or loss prevention experience preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
