What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Bally's?
- Responsible for trash pick-up, empty trash cans, clean/sweep sidewalks, window cleaning, lay salt.
- Remove snow, water, and mud off property, and clean ash trays.
- Assist with landscaping projects, which includes installation of plants & trees, trimming of trees &
shrubs, mowing, edging of sidewalks, weed eating, water plants, and weed areas around property. - Assist Facilities TM’s if needed.
- Must be able to operate all Grounds & Facilities equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to walk, push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist
and climb up & down. - Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7 hours).
- Must be able to tolerate area of secondhand smoke.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls,
policies and procedures. - Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
weekends. - Other duties may be assigned at any time.
