ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency in the performance of all Hotel and Food and Beverage employees to maintain immaculate hotel accommodations, dining rooms and all surrounding areas and all public areas.
- Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
- Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to:
- Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine.
- Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills to provide superior guest service.
- Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
- Interact with all guests and employees to affect positively interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
- Ensures dining rooms are set and ready for operation.
- Oversees all side work is completed.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to ten months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
