What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician - Surveillance position at Bally's?
• Testing, repair and proper operation of Surveillance and Security CCTV electric equipment.
• Implements preventative maintenance programs.
• Trouble shoots problem areas and makes recommendations to management.
• Maintains a low profile in all areas of the property.
• Performs the functions of a surveillance operator when necessary.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to maneuver from floor to floor via stairways (minimum of 20 steps), escalators or
elevators.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property, including ability to lift up to 50 lbs.;
and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, climb up and down stairs and ladders.
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate computers, surveillance equipment and other related
equipment.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies,
and procedures
• Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends Must be able to work in extreme
weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7 hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
weekends.
