We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team at Ballyhoo Media, an innovative and growing Out of Home (OOH) media agency. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of static and digital media campaigns, business development initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, be familiar with both waterfall and agile methodologies, and excel in managing cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines. The Project Manager will support all aspects of their projects planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a unique and broad spectrum of projects that span various aspects of the business, from traditional campaign launches, to marine technical dry docks, through bespoke business application development and implementation. Projects are typically of the highest priority and require significant input and coordination with the leadership team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

- Operationalization of New Inventory Assets
- Marine Dry Dock Projects & Vessel Deployment Planning
