Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion Developer
Responsibilities:
- Provide Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion functional/technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and assist clients through the implementation lifecycle for Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion projects
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure the Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion projects
- Develop reports, interfaces, etc. based on existing client requirements • Assist in the development and execution of security and validation strategies for Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion projects
- Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion projects • Support clients with the execution of test scripts
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion modules
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience performing development/configuration activities
- Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion experience in at least one or more of these modules: Procurement, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, Projects and Grants, and Expense reporting
- Hands-on experience with Fusion release 10 and above
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations
- Upgrade and implementation experience
- Ability to work on all project phases including, but not limited to, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands on experience with the EPM (Budget) tool
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients and project managers
- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
- Displays effective analytical skills
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle ERP (Finance) Cloud Fusion modules
This developer must be able to participate/participate in the Baltimore City Public Schools background check process and be able to work on-site at least 1 day per week. Candidate must be a US citizen or Green card holder. This is a temp position. The duration is 18 months with possible extensions after that
