What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Concierge position at Baltimore Country Club?
The Baltimore Country Club is currently hiring for eager candidates to join our Outside Member Services Team! This position will take our Golf and Outside Member experience to the next level!
This person will be the face of our Outside Golf & Member Services area. He/she will be the first person Members & Guests will communicate with when arriving to play golf. Duties include transporting clubs to/from Member and Guest vehicles; Pick up and drop off guest golf bags at bag drop; provide directions to golf areas, answer any Club and/or golf area related questions; Maintain lines of communication with golf shop and Bag Room to ensure efficiency of course operations and Member/guest satisfaction; additionally this person will be required to clean Clubs and prepare bags for departure when needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously, must be able to lift approximately 60-70lbs. Knowledge of Golf is strongly preferred, but not required.
This position will operate Tuesday through Sunday, 20-30 hours per week, March through October. This is a great opportunity for recent retirees who are looking to stay active!
