Salary Range
The salary range of this position is $21.17 - $31.75 hourly.
Work Schedule & Location
This job is open at our Perry Hall branch located in Perry Hall, Maryland. This is not a remote position; on-site attendance is required.
This is a Full-time position requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. The work schedule has varying starting and ending times. The starting time varies between 8 : 00 am and 9 : 30 am. The ending time varies between 4 : 30 pm and 6 : 00 pm. Some Saturdays are also required from 8 : 30 am to 12 : 30 pm.
Duties are performed in a professional office environment. Responsibilities may occasionally require an adjusted work schedule, working from a different branch, working before and / or after business hours, working on Saturdays and working hours exceeding the standard work schedule.
Position Summary
Contact Center Specialists are responsible for providing deposit account services of moderate to high complexity to members, typically by telephone and email. They service deposit accounts, provide technical assistance with electronic banking systems, and proactively engage with members. Responsibilities include :

Minimum Required Education : This position requires a diploma or GED from a public or accredited private high school.
Minimum Required Experience : Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution, is preferred.
