In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to The Director of Call Center and System Coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about nonprofit work.
Essential Functions
- Manage emails, phone calls, calendars
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with scheduling
- Maintain organized records, both digital and physical
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.
- Help plan and support logistics for events, community programs, and outreach efforts.
- Order and manage office supplies and liaise with vendors or service providers.
- Prepare correspondence, memorandums, presentations, and miscellaneous reports
- Assemble confidential and sensitive information
- Composes letters and memoranda related to special assignments.
- Handles administrative, financial and secretarial duties with judgment and accuracy.
- Attends and participates in in-service training, staff meetings and other activities to facilitate professional development.
Education:
- High School Diploma (5 years of experience)
- Associate’s degree in human Servies or related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One year of administrative (office setting) and behavioral health experience, required.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license, Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products, Required
- Proficiency in Excel
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer workstation.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
