Job Description :
Gymreapers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to lead the visual branding efforts for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all touchpoints of the brand consistently reflect the essence of Gymreapers. This role requires expertise in e-commerce, fashion / fitness, social media, paid ads, and a keen understanding of the creative process in the context of scaling product campaigns. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate their design ideas to the team and be able to lead all creative production on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities :
Assist Creative Director in developing and maintaining comprehensive brand visuals that encapsulate Gymreapers' identity and values.
Working under our Creative Director you will collaborate and inspire both internal and external production teams - working closely with the creative team to maintain brand guidelines.
Bring creative expertise and talent to bring campaigns to life on social media, performance marketing and paid ads.
Optimize creative processes and file structures to enhance departmental efficiency.
Understand and analyze performance marketing metrics to inform creative strategies.
