Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Project Manager to support the CEO in keeping key initiatives on track. This role is a unique opportunity to be the right-hand person to the CEO, managing projects across operations, design, manufacturing, and events like NYFW. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The team goes in 5 days a week into their Soho office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and track multiple projects to ensure timely execution, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
- Follow up on deliverables and deadlines, ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and accountable.
- Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and vendors to streamline workflows and maintain efficiency.
- Assist with reviewing contracts, agreements, and operational documents.
- Manage event logistics, including coordinating NYFW activities and other brand-related initiatives.
- Keep internal teams informed and up to date on project timelines, priorities, and key decisions.
- Provide operational support as needed, stepping in wherever necessary to keep the business running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 4 year of experience in project management, operations, or executive support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience managing deadlines, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing operational workflows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
