Company Overview : Bamboo Digital, a leader in TikTok marketing, is looking for a specialist with creator resources to develop the US market with Bamboo Digital's strong resources of brands, products, and professional knowledge of creator training on the TikTok platform. This role involves managing multiple projects and coordinating with creators, live stream hosts, and the internal team to ensure client deliverables. Ensuring seamless coordination between different teams and clients, including weekend engagements and regular reporting.

Job Responsibilities :

Coordinate daily work with influencers and MCN agencies on short video or community platforms, including execution of placements and business negotiations.

Maintain relationships with influencers, organize and manage core influencers in an orderly manner, and facilitate activity engagement and smooth cooperation.

Collaborate with the growth department to develop cross-border content and placement strategies based on product goals and campaign milestones, and coordinate with influencers to execute activities.

Quickly integrate seeding resources to efficiently match internal and external demands.

Assist the internal team with live stream session operations, including real-time script support and directing the flow of the session.

Qualifications :

Priority given to candidates with US influencer resources.

Experience working with influencers preferred.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.

Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Business, PR, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Proactive and candid, results-oriented, and strong execution capability.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours : 10 – 40 per week

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate : Los Angeles, CA 90048 : Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
