Job Overview:

Bamboo Insurance seeks a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our call center. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of call center team leads and agents.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and resources to ensure quality customer service.
  • Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in call center management, with at least 2 direct reports in a customer service/call center setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
