Ban-Koe Systems is an established building automation systems and Human Resources software provider that is growing and has a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in many aspects of a small business and is comfortable working independently. Ban-Koe designs and markets Human Resources software and fire alarm, door access, CCTV, and intercom systems.
ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for the timely and accurate order processing, project check-in, warehouse organization, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Receive and process sales orders, including, but not limited to, accurately determining customer number, part number, pricing, shipping requirements, lead time, responsibility center and cost center.
- Enter the order within the internal CRM.
- Communicate effectively with Sales, Project Management and vendors regarding parts availability, lead times and changes to previously communicated information.
- Process change orders, when required.
- Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace and conduct oneself as a positive role model for other co-workers.
- Communicate ideas on improved procedures/processes that will increase efficiency.
- Receive deliveries, check in product and communicate effectively to Project Management the status of order fulfillment.
- Manage, organize and ensure cleanliness of the warehouse, project staging and dock loading area.
- Manage, report, and process inventory changes.
- Communicate with all internal departments in a timely manner as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to enter large sum of orders on a daily basis and frequently exceeding daily standards.
- High level of accuracy and skill that allows himself/herself to handle all customer orders and requests.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the capacity to learn new systems.
ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Previous experience in a relevant position, administrative or customer service setting.
- Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.
Preferred not required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
