SUMMARY
This position supports the activities related to planning, design, installation, configuration, implementation, administration, support, security, documentation, and maintenance of BancFirst applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Provide first level support to BancFirst employees to minimize service disruption and facilitate operations.
- Troubleshoots issues via phone and remote desktop assistance. Assists other IT staff members, when necessary, in order to resolve issues.
- Propose modifications and enhancements to existing applications to improve their functionality or address any issues that arise.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation for the department.
- Assists with the addition and maintenance of users of Application systems through the establishment and monitoring of user rights.
- Will participate in on-call duty for after hours support on a regular rotational basis.
- Occasional evenings and weekends required.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with computer hardware and peripherals.
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to positively and quickly adapt to new and changing technology.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work under pressure, communicate efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- 2 to 4 years of experience supporting operations and line-of-business applications.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Information Technology support roles.
- 2 to 4 years of experience handling elevated credentials and managing sensitive or confidential information in a secure environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with implementing new software and administrating systems.
- Experience with supporting servers (web, database, application).
- Experience with automation, scripting, and programming.
- Familiarity with a virtual network environment.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and an understanding of SQL code.
- Experience with network and PC security in a Microsoft environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
