Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Handle social media accounts and digital marketing efforts
- Run errands and assist with various office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or office management is preferred
Work Schedule:
Initial work week of 20–24 hours, with the potential to increase to full-time based on performance and interest in additional responsibilities.
Compensation:
Starting wage of $30/hour, with the possibility of full-time employment and benefits within one year.
