What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager/Bookkeeper position at ERA Stone & Tile, Inc?
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to perform a variety of Accounting, Financial, Human Resource and General Administration duties.
Bookkeeper's Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Correctly label and process business transactions.
Generate A/R, A/P, P&L reports
Keep financial records up to date, Preform bank reconciliations
Renew insurances when they are due.
Assist management with any office duties.
Record employee attendance and report payroll (outsourced)
Audit customer, employee and vendor files to make sure they are up to date.
General office duties: answer incoming calls, control correspondence, organize and schedule appointments, Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to the correct jobsites daily.

Must have experience with Quick Books (progressive billing)
Microsoft office- Excel is a must, Knowledge in construction law is a plus.
