We are currently looking for an Regional Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Henderson, NV supporting our Corporate Office in Mesa, AZ.
Position Overview:
The Regional Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency of the client program across multiple sites. This role involves managing team action items, facilitating standardized processes, coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and providing data analysis to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adept at fostering collaboration among regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination & Information Management:
- Collect and manage team action items, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate with site-based project coordinators to standardize processes, share lessons learned, and improve efficiency.
- Maintain an accurate regional team roster and organizational charts.
- Develop, facilitate, and update recurring reporting materials.
- Assist in the development of documents, processes, tools, and concepts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for process and tool-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
- Conduct and compile pulse surveys to assess regional needs for improvements.
- Organize team-building activities, integration sessions, communication training, summits, and event coordination.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Plan and manage regional meetings, including agenda preparation, content reminders, note-taking, and follow-ups on action items.
- Establish best practices and templates for regional meetings.
- Ensure consistency in meeting execution and participation across metro and site locations.
- Standardize regional meeting practices for efficiency.
- Monthly Deliverables Management:
- Identify, document, and track recurring team deliverables.
- Communicate upcoming deliverables and deadlines to stakeholders.
- Maintain a deliverables log to track progress and completion.
- Develop and distribute regional newsletters to keep teams informed.
- Regional Team Administration:
- Manage and maintain team alias directories.
- Conduct monthly audits of aliases and team memberships.
- Oversee and update regional site pages to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization software.
- Experience with meeting coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams and locations.
- Ability to design and present clear, data-driven reports for operational and executive audiences.
