Job Summary:
The National Account Coordinator is responsible for all national account customers’ correspondence, equipment orders, shipping, invoicing, recording and needs. They will support the sales team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information and resolving questions or issues and work directly with the National Account Sales Manager on these tasks. They will ensure the smooth flow of information and order processing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes, orders, and correspondence on behalf of national account customers.
- Process orders, change orders and all necessary information for each national account order, including unit numbers, ordering decal packages, verifying GPS or other special specs. Prepare invoice instructions for each chipper that ships so it is invoiced correctly, recording warranty start dates and submitting engine warranty paperwork, etc.
- Monitor production schedule to make sure orders are flowing properly and promptly.
- Maintain logs of each national account customer with listings of orders that include pertinent information, i.e. serial number, engine, ship date etc., warranty start dates, etc.
- Prepare documents and travel to Secretary of State’s office to purchase temporary tags when needed and then promptly forward to customers
- Liaison between National Account customers and other Bandit departments for all concerns.
- Monitor shipping addresses and communicate with the shipping department. Once equipment is shipped, notify receiving dealers, customer, corporate contacts, etc. Prepare dealer credits for those service fees, etc.
- Ship loaner equipment when necessary and keep track of these units until returned.
- Process no charge slips, service requests, and other inter-office paperwork.
- Biweekly meetings with national accounts via teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This position is an onsite position.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in related position preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently sit for extended periods of time
- Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend
- Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
- Occasionally required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
- Occasionally lift 30 pounds
