Duties

• Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits while addressing any concerns.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Participate in public speaking events or presentations to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to engage in public speaking and present information clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
