Compensation: Starting at $60,000 , depending on experience.

Work Hours: Full-time; Monday through Friday 8-5pm.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Generates new loans and maintains customer relationships in current loan portfolio.
  • Supports bank’s growth and maximizes profitability through appropriate pricing of new loan originations and fee income.
  • Determines loan risk by interviewing loan applicants to determine business needs, abilities and earnings.
  • Ensures all loans are in compliance with regulatory, legal and bank requirements.
  • Monitors existing loan portfolio to ensure proper risk ratings and early identification of potential problems.
  • Supports the bank’s relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.
  • Makes recommendations and assists in implementing programs that help the bank meet its goals; this includes making referrals as appropriate.
  • Keeps abreast of economic/political factors that may impact the development of business relationships.
  • Represents and promotes the company to the public and provides leadership through community involvement.
  • Position requires a degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or equivalent combination of education and lending experience.
  • Previous experience in outbound selling, prospecting and referral development preferred.
