JOB DESCRIPTION
Department : Information Technology
Reports to : VP-Information Technology & Information Security Officer
Supervises : None
Summary : Under the direction of the VP, IT & ISO, performs a wide variety Info Tech and E-Banking duties in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- 1-2 years of experience in Retail Banking / Information Technology or relevant area.
- Bachelor’s degree or Certifications in specific technical areas a plus
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS :
primary contact for maintenance, new product implementation, upgrades, and problems.
Online banking / Business Banking
Manage Admin Platform : user reports, audit reports, internal user management and reporting
Develop and implement customer education plans
Maintain and edit Disclosures
Monitor and recommend e-banking solutions, innovations, and trends
Support and maintenance of in-house technology equipment and IT assets
Assist in Gathering of electronic security reports and Electronic Inquiry submissions for review
