Job Responsibilities:
The Hardware Deployment Product Consultant will play a valued role in supporting the day to day product management of POS hardware inventory, deployment, and reporting. In this role you will be responsible for
The forecasting of our POS hardware solutions, accessories and management of the order bill of materials across our small business and healthcare platforms
Reporting for deployment management and finance/accounting support will be a key responsibility
Defining and documenting business requirements, procedures, problem/issue research and resolution, project support and process development
Work on a team tasked with delivering innovative and customer-centric payment solutions
Partner closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, including terminal and POS software development, experience design, commercialization, sales, and operations
Job Requirements:
5 years of experience working in the payments ecosystem
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in vendor management
Forecasting and inventory management Experience
Basic technical knowledge of payment terminals and functionality
Knowledge of requirements documentation, basic presentation creation, issues management and resolution, meeting facilitation
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
