Job Description:
This job is responsible for performing financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, and preparing support documentation and client presentation materials. Key responsibilities include supporting with the development of client presentations and structuring and execution activities. Job expectations may include rotating through any of the multiple client management, credit management, and capital raising product areas across Global Corporate and Investment Banking in a sales function.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting RESF associates in all aspects of deal execution / securitization including creating and managing asset level collateral data, loan cash flows, loan descriptions, document disclosures
- Working with RESF’s underwriting, origination and closing teams, coordinating with sales and trading, legal, rating agencies, servicers, service providers, deal partners and investors throughout the deal preparation, marketing and closing process. Preparing internal credit and risk memos and marketing materials
- Monitoring existing loan exposure, loan pipeline and completing weekly and monthly management reports
- Conducts financial analyses and prepares support documentation for client presentations
- Researches products and services in the market to gain insight into marketing and sales trends
- Supports the trading strategy to build effective client relationships and provide customized products and services to clients
- Participates in due diligence sessions, while communicating and interacting with deal team members
- Assists with sales, trading, and hedging activities and documents key findings for the team
Additional responsibilities include:
- Assist in the warehousing of loans through coordinating all due diligence materials including operating statements and third party reports
- Model real estate cash flow projections, valuation and re-underwriting loans for warehouse lines
