Bank of Botetourt is posting for a Care Center Representative/Teller/ITM Support position in our Customer Care Center located in Buchanan, VA. This position will perform a variety of duties such as ITM video support and teller support for retail employees, along with deposit services support, deposit account maintenance and review and online banking support. In addition, this position will be responsible for account/general ledger reconciliation and providing general telephone customer service in all areas as an incoming call operator.
Requirements:Job Requirements: Candidate should possess strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have the ability to be a team player and be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must also be willing to work flexible hours. Previous teller experience is beneficial but not required.
Individuals in this role will learn many aspects of the bank’s operations and have the benefit of being involved in and contributing to a growing department.
