This part-time position provides a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission. As a Floating Retail Banking Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.
- Greet customers and receive deposits, ensuring proper endorsement on negotiable instruments.
- Receive payments on loans, collect late charges, and issue certified checks.
- Process bank-by-mail and night depository items, record information on bank forms, and close accounts or transfer funds as requested.
- Collect utility payments, disburse funds, and complete IRS Currency Transaction Reports.
- Count, prove, and package currency and coin, balance cash drawers, and prepare teller sheets.
- Cash checks, pay withdrawals from savings accounts, redeem savings bonds, and coupons.
