Job Overview
Bank of Botetourt is seeking a highly skilled Universal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales and delivery of retail banking products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with both consumer and business market customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing customers. You will also be responsible for processing teller transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Delivery: Sell and deliver retail banking products and services to customers, including opening new accounts and taking consumer loan applications.
- Teller Transactions: Process teller transactions, maintain accurate records, and balance cash drawers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services, including deposit and loan products.
