Description
Position Purpose: The Facilities Intern will support the Facilities Management team in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the bank’s facilities. This internship provides exposure to day-to-day activities, assisting with building maintenance, vendor management, and improving the overall work environment for staff and customers.
What you’ll do
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the bank’s facilities.
- Support the coordination of preventive maintenance and repairs for office equipment and building infrastructure.
- Help manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality (e.g., janitorial, landscaping, HVAC).
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that materials are stocked and readily available.
- Assist with office space planning and organization to enhance employee experience.
- Help prepare reports and track facility-related requests or issues.
- Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Facilities Manager.
Requirements

Working Conditions:
The individual will be required to be available after normal working hours. Business travel may be necessary to meet with vendors and attend training opportunities, as well as travel between office locations depending on needs of the department.
