What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Operations Manager position at Bank of Hillsboro, N.A.?
Bank of Hillsboro is coming to Troy, IL, and we’re anxious to hire a motivated individual to oversee the deposit operations as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you would be expected to build meaningful relationships with the community we serve. Bank of Hillsboro is a community bank and needs a Branch Manager who seeks to make a difference in the communities where we live and work.
Training for this position will be held at our neighboring locations, Edwardsville, Staunton or our main branch in Hillsboro. Our projected opening of our new Troy branch is Spring 2025.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Comply with all banking laws and regulations
- Maintain customer confidentiality
- Staff scheduling
- Coach, lead and motivate employees
- Expand the branches customer base and branch profitability
- Previous management experience, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to work varied hours/days as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
