Loan Servicing Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Review paid off loan files and ensure proper documents are released and maintained correctly
• Work with various counties to ensure mortgages are released properly
• Generate letters and notices to customers regarding loan information
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Handle other loan servicing tasks daily
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with others
Qualifications
• High School diploma (or equivalent) is required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
• Ability to assume responsibility, excellent problems solving skills, exercise good judgment making decisions

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
