About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Banker to join our team at our Bloomington Normal branch in Bloomington, IL! As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our financial products and services. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their financial goals and objectives by providing them with personalized financial advice and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Working knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures
- Moderate computer knowledge preferred including but not limited to in word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic mail
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with opening and managing bank accounts, loans, and other financial products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and recommend financial solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
