We are currently looking for a Commercial Deposit Officer to work Monday - Friday. This Commercial Deposit Officer manages a portfolio of relationships focused on deposits and supports clients who use cash management services. They use their knowledge of banking products and sales skills to create proposals based on customer needs and financial structures. CDOs also help Relationship Managers (RMs) and Customer Service Managers (CSMs) expand their knowledge of deposit and cash management products.

Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of Banking and sales management experience.
- Good risk-based decision skills, and the ability to follow complex policies and procedures.
- 5 years minimum of relationship management experience.

- Work with complex commercial clients and providing advice on cash flow and efficiency services.
- Developing tailored proposals based on client needs and financial structures
- Assisting partners in expanding their knowledge of deposit and cash management products
- Assist in onboarding and training new team employees
- Analyze bank and account analysis statements and perform cash flow analysis.
- Support of other bank officers with customers, prospecting, proposals, and referrals
- Calls independently or with Relationship Managers on customers and prospects in the assigned territory
- Retain and grow client portfolio with a program of service review, regular calling and industry training.
- Conduct annual cash management reviews for top tier commercial clients.
- Represent the Bank of Utah in the community.
- Review and understand competitor products and services.
- Work with marketing on new promotions for your designated area
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
