Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of retail and commercial banking.
- Excellent computer skills, which includes the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong and consistent customer service skills, including phone skills and follow-up skills.
- College degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Preferred 2 years in portfolio relationship management or customer relationship assistant experience.

- Assist Team and Team Leads in daily portfolio management of assigned existing high value relationship customers of the Bank through active portfolio monitoring and analysis of balance changes, customer transaction activity, cross-sell opportunities and overall usage and engagement of customer in Bank products and services.
- Report on cross-sell opportunities and contribute to team quarterly/annual deposit growth goals.
- Monitor and analyze TM service usage, coordinating and setting up customer annual review appointments, review of customer documentation and applications, completion of customer documentation (signatures, execution, approval submission) if Team Lead is unavailable.
- Direct and fulfill specific incoming client requests for Private Banking and TM, such as, rate reviews, TM limit increases, new account opening, CD renewals, credit card maintenance and limit changes, debit card changes, and account maintenance/signer changes.
- Assist with preparation of analysis statements and new customer onboarding form.
- Provide support and back up for Relationship Team Leads.
- Assist with pipeline and dashboard reporting
- Assist in other duties as assigned.
- The wage listed is within the range associated with this position. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
