Communicates and visualizes loan portfolio data to provide insights into portfolio performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business).
- 5 years’ experience in technology, data analytics, and commercial lending processes within the banking industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial lending processes, credit risk assessment, loan origination, underwriting, and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing technology solutions, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics tools, data visualization platforms, and business intelligence software. (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk management frameworks, and stress testing methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, prioritizing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.

- Technology Strategy and Implementation:
- Implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the bank’s overall vision, emphasizing the transformative impact on digital capabilities with a primary focus on commercial lending objectives.
- Implement an enhance innovative technology solutions to streamline lending operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with IT teams during the development and implementation of innovative solutions, systems, and applications.
- Ensure the bank remains compliant with regulatory requirements related to technology and data security.
- Lending Technology Solutions:
- Maintain and manage data transfer amongst commercial lending systems.
- Manage and maintain data mapping across various commercial lending solutions and data models.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure data transfer frequency is sufficient for business needs.
- Maintain redundancies in data transfer process to ensure lending process is not impacted from missing data.
- Establish and maintain user profiles and access across various commercial lending systems.
- Data Analytics and Insights:
- Utilize lending data analytics framework to provide strategic insights to guide executive-level decision-making.
- Implement and improve data-driven models and metrics with a focus on shaping the bank’s overall data strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements, define key performance indicators, and ensure data integrity and quality.
- Aid in establishing a bank wide information base with emphasis on insights into commercial lending information.
- Participate in cross functional data team to ensure continuity in lending data models across all reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain data models, visualizations, dashboards, and custom reporting for commercial lending teams.
- Collaborate with Credit Risk leadership team to develop and maintain Credit Risk reporting providing insight into portfolio performance and potential risks.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, risk management, operations, and IT, to align technology initiatives with business objectives and lending strategies.
- Communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders, providing strategic updates on technology initiatives and their impact on the organization.

- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, data privacy, and security standards in all technology and data analytics platforms.
