Summit Funding Group, Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Process documentation required to complete Debt or Purchase Fundings
- Process all documentation required for Vendor Finance Program Management
- Documentation Review of Lessee/Lessor documents
- Review and process Loan documents
- Prepare Assignment and Loan documents
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external partners
- Ability to update spreadsheets
- Ability to review Equity deals when necessary
- Ability to prioritize individual workload
Qualifications:
- 1 years of leasing, mortgage industry, or commercial loan experience – desired not required
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong Customer-service skills
- Team player who can also work independently
- The ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDF
- Understanding of financial calculations – desired not required
