Job Summary:
The Wealth and Fiduciary Officer I is responsible for managing assigned client relationships that are comprised primarily of smaller account relationships and may assist Senior Officers with client relationships, as needed and as assigned. This position will manage assigned relationships consistent with our client service standards and small account solution model. This position proactively responds to client questions and completes special projects, as needed and assigned. The Wealth and Fiduciary Officer I also prepares necessary documents to maintain account compliance, performs annual account reviews, and may also have personal sales and referral goals.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Manages assigned client relationships and interacts with clients to answer questions, coordinating daily activities and escalating issues, as needed
- Works closely with Senior Trust Officers to support their client relationships
- Completes special projects, as assigned
- Provides daily administration and maintenance of accounts
- Prepares materials for client and prospect presentations, meetings and reviews
- Completes necessary documents relating to compliance and annual account reviews
- Manages and coordinates new account onboarding
- Meets sales and referral goals as assigned
- Collaborates with others to drive success of team, department, and organization
- Proactively shares and promotes new ideas to support process improvements and changes to team processes
- Manages continued professional personal development
- Serves as a backup to other team positions, as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of related experience
- CTFA, CFP, or other related designations preferred or willing to pursue
Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Familiarity with legal fiduciary responsibilities
- Familiarity with account compliance responsibilities
- Ability to process detail work accurately and timely
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Team player
Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $65,000 - $76,000
