FLEET COORDINATOR
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Banko Overhead Doors. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining, performing repairs such as mirror replacements, brake lights, etc. and ensuring the Banko fleet is in top condition for daily use. You will be responsible for tracking monthly PM and utilizing AutoAssist. This role reports to the Fleet Manager. This role needs an individual who can pivot and understands the need for support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred.
- Working knowledge in auto maintenance and repair.
- Proficient with tools and hands.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to travel in company vehicles to job sites for on-site repairs.
- Be available as needed for accident recovery.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the Fleet Manager and team.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.
Skills:
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will utilize your expertise in assisting to oversee fleet maintenance to ensure our fleet is in top condition. You will use your strong analytical skills to diagnose and repair issues, and your attention to detail to maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed. Your ability to work collaboratively with our team and communicate effectively with the Fleet Manager will be essential to the success of our operations. Additionally, your knowledge of automotive and toosl will be crucial in performing your day-to-day responsibilities.
