The Department Specialist in the Consumer Default Management Department within Corporate Credit at Zions Bancorporation plays a significant role in Consumer Default Management processes for Collections, Consumer SAG (CSAG), and Recovery. This role is a key contributor to department goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with credit policies, department procedures, and regulations while working closely with various department throughout the Organization to ensure smooth and timely operations. Frequent use of independent judgement is required and critical in determining problem resolution and solutions recommendations. The goal is to mitigate risk with the highest degree of customer service, communication, approachability, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with defined incentive program by assisting with calculations and working with compensation subject to incentive payments.
- Complete a variety of monthly and quarterly department reports.
- Create department reports as needed.
- Organizing electronic / paper files for department employees.
- Schedule meetings for department leadership.
- Manage time entries in Workforce Dimensions.
- Administering various programs and unique projects.
- Administering and managing the Genesys Cloud phone platform for the department.
- Administering expense reimbursements and submitting department invoices through Concur.
- Processing consumer borrower payments through BaNCS.
- Serving as a key contact for purchasing supplies, facilities management, Enterprise Loan Operations, and various affiliate Office of the President.
- Assist department leadership with new projects as needed.
- Key contributor in answering questions and following up with clients, employees, and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned
