We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Operations Manager (Banking) to join our team. This role can be based at one of our San Diego locations-either our Torrey Pines HQ or our Golden Triangle offices-or at our Irvine Corporate Center. This is an in-office position with some travel required across the state.
Essential Functions :
- Lead a team of project professionals implementing strategies to enhance both client and employee experience. Mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with bank management and other business unit partners to support the ensure seamless delivery of bank products and services.
- Lead the integration of sales and service teams to elevate the customer experience. Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes client needs and drives performance.
- Direct initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction with our products, services, and technological solutions. Set clear goals and inspire your team to exceed client expectations.
- Oversee and improve processes essential to consumer and business lending. Implement effective risk management practices while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and submit recommendations based on market analysis and financial performance to optimize the client and employee experience.
- Regularly review and refine banking processes and technologies to enhance the overall experience for clients and employees, ensuring our services remain competitive and innovative.
- Additional responsibilities : other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
Qualifications :
Pay Range : $170,000 - $200,000 based on experience and other job-related factors.
