Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:

- At least 6 years of experience in bank branch leadership and operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
- Advanced knowledge of retail products and services, consumer lending processes, and management principles.
- Proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
