Position Description:
Banner Defense is in search of a Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team
- Provide technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA's Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
- Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities
Required Skills/Experience:
- BS/BA
- 7 years' experience working on missile defense-related or other DoD program / project
- Systems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules
- Experience with Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis and mitigation development
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Travel may be required
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 8 years of relevant experience
