Calendar Management: Effectively and efficiently managing fire apparatus services for clients.
Client Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for all service-related client requests, scheduling, call routing, and appointment management.
Planning and Organization: Maintaining exemplary communication in planning and organizing fire apparatus service requests by scheduling technicians and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Scheduling and Dispatching service technicians to various job sites ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
