Job description
POSITION: Distribution Cenetr Assoicate
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: DC Manager
# OF OPEN POSITIONS: 4
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Order pulling using Pick Sheets and RF Scanners
- Forklift Operation / Electric Pallet Jack
- Palletizing
- Shipping / Receiving Duties
- Receiving and storing products to the appropriate shelving using RF Scanners
- Helping with inventory organization; tracking and counting inventory
- Loading / Unloading trucks
- Packing boxes for shipments
- Picking orders by hand
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- 3-5 Years of prior experience in warehouse environment
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Works well under time constraints
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment with repetitive motions
- English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Knowledge of WMS
- Experience shipping FedEx and UPS preferred
- Experience receiving and put away using RF scanners
- (1) position will need to have Quality Control experience
